ChokoHost Cancellation Policies
By making a reservation through ChokoHost, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted the following terms and conditions:
1. Free Cancellation Period
Each accommodation establishes its own free cancellation period, which is clearly displayed during the booking process.
The customer may cancel without penalty only if the cancellation is made within the period specified for the selected accommodation.
2. Cancellations Outside the Allowed Period
If the customer cancels after the free cancellation period established by the accommodation, they expressly agree that:
- A penalty equivalent to 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- The charge will be applied to the same credit or debit card used to confirm the reservation.
3. No-Show
If the customer does not arrive on the check-in date and has not canceled within the permitted cancellation period:
- 100% of the total reservation amount will be automatically charged.
- No refunds of any kind will be provided.
4. Confirmation and Payment Authorization
By completing the reservation and making the initial payment, the customer:
- Expressly authorizes charges to their card.
- Agrees that the card may be used to apply penalties for late cancellation or no-show.
- Acknowledges that the reservation blocks availability of the selected accommodation for the reserved dates.
5. Evidence of Acceptance
The system electronically records:
- Date and time of the reservation.
- Customer’s IP address.
- Confirmation of acceptance of these policies.
- Complete details of the accommodation, reservation dates, and total amount.
This information constitutes evidence of the customer’s express acceptance of these terms and conditions.
